The short version
- We keep what you type into our forms so we can reply and do what you asked.
- We don't sell your personal details.
- Ask us and we'll delete what you sent.
- When you hire an analyst, what you share with them is used only for your work.
What the forms collect
The fields you see on each form, and nothing hidden. With each form we also store the page you sent it from, the site that sent you here and any ad campaign tags in the link, so we know which ads work. It doesn't subscribe you to a mailing list or create a charge.
The "Book a call" form asks for your first name, your work email, your company, whether you are an agency or a brand, and, if you choose, what you'd want first and a note. We use it to write back and set up the call.
When you work with us
Your analyst reads public posts, ads, comments, reviews and AI search answers, and any account data or files you choose to share. What you share is used for your reports and nothing else.
Your data and reports are stored by Adology and seen only by the people working on your account. We use AI model providers to help read data and write reports; they handle it only to provide that service to us. We don't sell it or give it to anyone to market to you.
Reports go where you send them. If you deliver them to your clients under your own name, you decide what they include.
Cookies and ads
This site uses the Meta Pixel to count visits and sign-ups from our ads. It tells Meta you visited and whether you sent a form; it does not send what you typed. You can limit this in your Meta ad settings or your browser.
Where it's stored
Form answers are stored in Adology's database on Amazon Web Services in the US. Email to hello@deployed.social is read by the people who run Deployed.
How long we keep it
We keep form answers, the data you share and your reports for as long as we need them to run the service, and delete them when you ask. Email hello@deployed.social from the address you used and we'll delete them. You can also ask us what we hold about you. When you stop working with us, the same applies: ask, and we delete what you shared.
Age
Deployed is a service for businesses and for adults 18 and older. If you think someone younger has sent us a form, email us and we'll remove it.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that affects what we collect, we'll update the date above. If it changes how we handle data you've shared as a client, we'll email you before it takes effect.
